Childrens Yoga
Club Yoga has provided classes in private and day cares, schools, churches, programs for children with special needs and community centers since 2002. Our program can be incorporated into any part of your teaching curriculum e.g. Physical Health Education, individual classes and with after school programs, lunch programs. Various yoga poses, breath work, meditation, singing, art, movement to music, drama and storytelling and props are used to engage the children.

Family Yoga
Club Yoga offers family yoga (all ages welcome) in Ottawa and region. Our multimedia yoga class provides a fun and uplifting space for parents and children to enjoy a new and relaxing activity together.

Teen Yoga
We partner with institutions e.g. Encounters with Canada, community centers and schools to provide teen yoga for youth between 12-18 years of age.Adolescents are at the peak of their life and are going through major transition as they develop and practice their own uniqueness to become young adults. Our multimedia yoga classes will help give them a clear, steady mind and relaxed body to discover who they are and where they want to be in life.

We can tailor a Club Yoga party to meet your child’s interest and age. It includes a children’s yoga class with face painting, costumes, special yoga games, art-work & Ayurvedic snacks. Our Club Yoga teachers love to dress up for the occasion & bring fun, yoga props and other goodies!

We offer private yoga therapy classes and group classes for children with special needs in schools e.g. Ottawa Children’s Treatment Center & with community resource groups as well as nutritional counseling and other yoga knowledge.
